Areas We Cover We mainly cover weddings in Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire. If your wedding is in another part of the country or abroad, we are happy to discuss the logistics and costs of covering your event.

Addition of Music We can add any music track you require to your wedding video, and carry a large suitable collection - if we do not have the track you require then we would need to borrow a CD from you before your wedding day. We will pay any copyright fees to allow the inclusion of this music.

DVD Length Our main aim is to give you all of your days footage in all it’s full glory. The timing will depend on the amount of coverage on the day. For example a wedding DVD with a church service may include the preparation, arrivals, full service, photos, reception arrivals, speeches and evening celebrations. On average the finished DVD will run between 2 to 2½ hours. For a civil ceremonies this time may be reduced by half an hour or so.

When Ready In our peak wedding season (May to October) your DVD and any informal photographs will be ready in about 3 weeks time. We advise to ring in about 2 weeks after  the wedding to check on progress as sometimes it will be ready earlier. In extreme busy periods this time may be extended by a further week. Out of peak season we would normally have the DVD ready in 2 weeks. We want your wedding video to be perfect and will not rush things unnecessarily. We will ensure that all the finishing touches are put in and the final production is just right for you. Formal photographs will be ready for selection as above although may take 2-3 weeks for completion after selection.

Booking Guidelines As with all professional wedding services, we can get booked a year or more before the event, especially for the busy summer months. It is therefore advisable to book as soon as you have decided to have the day filmed to avoid disappointment.
